Angela is a political consultant who got her start as a volunteer for a candidate running for special election for the Maine House of Representatives. She went on to work as paid staff on several congressional campaigns, a senate primary, and as a consultant to the Maine Republican House PAC. She moved to Washington, D.C. where she went to work as a political appointee at the U.S. Dept. of Education under President George W. Bush. In addition to her campaign work, Angela was actively involved in the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) serving as the state president in Maine and the local club president in Arlington, VA. She also served as the finance chair for the Arlington County Republican Committee.
Angela is the proud mother of two adult sons, Matthew and Christian. In addition to her love of politics, she is an avid sports fan with a focus on professional football (Packers) and hockey. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she resides in Richmond, Virginia.
